Advertising material

Full Support has the right to place information pertaining to your business on any of the publisher and search provider websites such as those listed above and you authorize Full Support to develop content based on information.

These are provided by you or your designees and collected by Full Support including copy, size, form, text graphics, endorsements, phone numbers, addresses, links, and videos.

Unacceptable practices

As Full Support strives to offer the best services, there are certain guidelines and policies that must govern Full Support efforts and relationship with its clients. Unacceptable practices include

Adult or pornographic material including sexually explicit or suggestive methods.
Sexually oriented products or services
Lingerie websites
Offensive or distasteful material
Content or language that is harmful to minors in any way
Bulk emailing tools
Hacking or Cracking
Distribution of internet viruses or other harmful destruction
Scams for personal information
Illegal gambling, gaming, lotteries, abusive, harassing, vulgar, torturous, racial, etc. language or object is strictly banned.
Alcohol sales
Tobacco sales
Reselling of hosting accounts to the third party
spamming and all other forms of unsolicited messages.
Links to other sites that are in violation of Full Support policies and guidelines
Other activities whether lawful or unlawful, that Full Support seems to be in poor taste or that reflect adversely on Full Support.

Fees

You agree to pay Full Support monthly fees to cover the cost of placing and managing your online advertising and marketing services program up to an account not to exceed what is stated in your most recent Full Support contract.

All credit card payments require a 3% processing fee. Full Support has the right to charge incremental media markup fees on any media accounts up to 25% to cover the additional cost of planning media.

Payment

The client agrees to pay Full Support compensation for the services and products agreed upon between the client and the company. Payments shall be made on the final day of each month for services rendered by the company in that month.

New contracts that initiate services other than the 1st of the month, will be billed a prorated fee for the remaining days in that month. Marketing or advertising programs may be paused if payment has not been paid before the due date.

Term

The Full Support contract specifies the initial terms for which programs rates are been guaranteed, and will be for no less than twelve months for custom programs. after the initial agreement period, either party may cancel the program with a 30-day written notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Full Support and its supplier disclaims all warranties not expressly set forth in this document.

Assignment

Full Support may assign, delegate or subcontract any rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Authority

The person signing the contract certify that he/she is lawfully authorized to purchase services on behalf of your company.

Effective upon Execution

Terms and conditions are binding on both parties on the date the statement of work is signed and /or payment is made.
